I changed my mind… (Returns and Exchanges)
We hope your Beth Springer goods find you breathless with glee. However, if you find yourself feeling less than enthusiastic, your goods may be returned provided:
1. You have first contacted Beth Springer within 48 hours of delivery by phone at (310) 301-3532, or by email info@bethspringer.com, and received a return authorization number. This number must be included on your original receipt and written on the outside of the box of your return. Please note that any goods not accompanied by an official return number will not be accepted.
2. We receive the return within 10 working days of original delivery. The package must be sent to us via insured U.S. Mail, FedEx, or UPS. We are not responsible for return postage or packages that do not reach us. Please also note that you are responsible for taking all due care to ensure the items are received in good condition and not damaged in transit.
3. It is not a final sale item. Final sale items cannot be returned.
4. Item was purchased at bethspringer.com. Items purchased from our fabulous retail partners, department stores, or specialty boutiques can not be returned to bethspringer.com. Nor may items purchased at bethspringer.com be returned to our fabulous retail partners, department stores, or specialty boutiques.
5. The item is new, unworn, unaltered, and unused. The item must be in the same condition as it was received, in the original packaging and tags attached. When shipping a return, include your original receipt with return authorization number written on it. (Please save a copy for your records.) Merchandise returned within 10 days of purchase without the original receipt, will be honored by issuing a merchandise credit at the current sales price of the item.
6. Shipping must be pre-paid by sender. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing on returns or exchanges. Provided all of this has been accomplished, bethspringer.com will refund the price of your item (plus applicable sales tax), in the same method used to purchase the item, within 15 days of item receipt. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Damaged Goods
We all know none of us is damaged goods. But occasionally, even though we at Beth Springer take every precaution to pack and ship your goods so that they remain undamaged, occasionally, something beyond our control may happen. If you receive an item that has incurred shipping damages, please contact Beth Springer Customer Care at (310)301-3532 or email us info@bethspringer.com. immediately. You must obtain a return authorization number.

Color
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of color reproduction, color may very depending on the settings of your monitor, software, or printer.
Leather TLC...
All hides used in the design of Beth Springer goods are carefully selected for color, texture, durability, and beauty. We traverse the globe to find the best tanneries. And we take care to find leathers that will live up to, shall we say, an active life style… that means, but is not limited to: over stuffing, spillage, kids, airplanes, rain, snow, late nights...So, really, there isn’t too much care you need to take in order to enjoy your items for a long time to come. Some leathers are more delicate, but most of ours are rough and tumble, and like blue jeans and fine wine, get better with age. Store bags stuffed to preserve shape. Should your handbag become wet, wipe gently with a dry cloth. For regular cleaning or stubborn spot removal, we recommend taking your leather handbag to a professional handbag repair specialist.

Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown in US dollars are correct at the time of publication. If an error has been made, we may cancel your order in relation to some or all of your items as indicated under "Cancellation."
Errors
Every effort has been made on bethspringer.com to insure that all information appearing on the website is correct. However, we are human. Should we discover an error relating to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the error and confirm that you still wish to proceed.
Cancellation
At Beth Springer, all items are hand made by order. Because of this, we may need to cancel an order from time to time for any item at any time before delivery. You will be advised by email or telephone if we are unable to complete your order. No order is binding on you or Beth Springer until we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply you from the moment they are put in the hands of the postal service, or our carriers, or in payment in full of the price of the items and any delivery charge, whichever is later. These terms and conditions cannot be varied by you or us unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
Statutory Rights
So that there is no doubt, anything stated in relation to returns and exchanges does not apply to any claim that any items do not meet a standard required by law.
Indemnity
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, Beth Springer / Manitu, Inc., and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, losses, cost and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of these terms and conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use on this website, or the use by any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.
